Welcome to KYPA

The Kenya Youth Parliamentary Association (KYPA), established in 2004 and registered under the Societies Act in 2006, serves as a pivotal parliamentary caucus aimed at enhancing the participation and capacity of young leaders within both the National Assembly and Senate. Reflecting on our journey from the 9th Parliament, we have continuously evolved, advocating for pro-youth legislation and policies, thereby shaping a governance landscape that resonates with the youth of Kenya. In line with the African Union's Agenda 2063, which envisions a continent that is integrated, prosperous, and peaceful, driven by its own competent and skilled citizens representing a dynamic force in the international arena, KYPA commits to fostering initiatives that resonate deeply with these aspirations.
